White Hart Competition Term's & Condition's

Lucy Pittaway Ltd and HRH Group Competition Terms & Conditions

  • Eligibility: This promotion is open to any UK resident over the age of 18. Employees of Lucy Pittaway Ltd, The White Hart Hotel & Apartments, or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, related or affiliated entities, or suppliers, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of all parties, are not eligible to enter.
  • Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Contest Rules (the “Official Rules”) and Lucy Pittaway Ltd.’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Competition. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
  • Timing: The competition begins on Monday, 16th September 2024 at 08:00 GMT and ends at 23:59 GMT on Monday, 30th September 2024 (the “Competition Period”).
  • To enter the free prize draw, simply fill in the entry form, found on the Lucy Pittaway Ltd website, follow The Fat Badger Pub and Lucy Pittaway Ltd on either of their Facebook or Instagram pages, and fill out your name and email address. No purchase is necessary.

There will be one winner, and the prize details are below:

From Lucy Pittaway Ltd, the winner will receive:

  • An 18" x 18" Framed Print of Sycamore Gap in a Slate Grey or Black web frame, worth £305.00.
  • Matching notebook and to-do list, bookmark, cushion, coaster set, mug, and greetings card, also featuring the 'Sycamore Gap', worth over £120.
  • The prize must be accepted as awarded. No substitution, cash redemption, sale, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except at our sole and absolute discretion.
  • The prize will be awarded during the stay at The White Hart Hotel & Apartments, Harrogate.

From The White Hart Hotel & Apartments, Harrogate, the winner will receive:

  • A one-night stay for two people, an evening meal in The Fat Badger Restaurant or Pub, and breakfast. The total package is worth approx. £375.00.
  • No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
  • By entering the competition, you agree to all terms and conditions related to this prize as stipulated by The White Hart Hotel & Apartments, Harrogate, including:
  • The overnight stay cannot be booked on a Saturday night.
  • The booking must be made and used by 31st March 2025.

General Rules:

  • One winner will be picked at random on Tuesday, 1st October 2024 and notified by phone or email within two working days of winning.
  • Two attempts will be made to contact the winner. After that, a new winner will be drawn. Up to two winners will be contacted before the prize is forfeited.
  • Winners must respond to the promoter within one working day of being contacted. Winners who respond after that period will not be eligible for the prize.
  • By entering the competition, you agree to receive marketing emails from both Lucy Pittaway Ltd and The White Hart Hotel & Apartments, Harrogate. You have the option to opt out at any point via the ‘unsubscribe’ link on the emails or by ticking the box NOT to receive communication from Lucy Pittaway Ltd and The White Hart Hotel & Apartments, Harrogate.
  • Lucy Pittaway Ltd's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw a prize entry if it is felt that it has been fraudulently entered.
  • By entering this Competition and accepting a prize, the winner agrees to maintain his/her behavior according to all applicable laws and generally accepted social practices in connection with participation in any contest or prize-related activity.
  • The winner is strictly prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading, or otherwise transferring any part of the prize, except at the sponsor’s sole discretion. All prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the sponsor’s sole discretion.
  • Entrants must supply full details as required above and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize. Ineligible entries, third-party entries, automated entries, and those made fraudulently will be disqualified.
  • By giving us your email address in connection with the promotion, you agree that Lucy Pittaway Ltd and The White Hart Hotel & Apartments, Harrogate may use your email address to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this Promotion. Lucy Pittaway Ltd will keep your personal information safe and will not disclose it to anyone else.
